Privacy Policy
A clear explanation of the personal data WUP Lead Monitor uses, why we use it, who receives it, how long it is kept and your rights.
We use information needed to provide monitoring, secure your account, process payments and answer enquiries. Here is what that means in practice.
01 Who is responsible
The data controller is sole proprietor V. Hrebovych, 31200, Ukraine, Khmelnytskyi region, Volochysk, 4/62 Symona Petliury Street. For privacy questions, use the contact page to send an enquiry or reveal our email address.
02 Information we process
Account: name, email, verified phone number, country, chosen language, currency and time zone, and security settings. Service use: your Telegram connection, selected sources, monitoring rules, accessible messages and resulting leads. Payments: plan, amount, status and transaction details needed for accounting; card details are handled by the relevant payment provider. Enquiries and technical data: your message, IP address, device information, sign-in and error logs.
We do not access private groups that your connected Telegram account cannot access. Please avoid putting unnecessary information about other people in your rules or enquiries.
03 Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to create and protect accounts, provide monitoring and alerts, administer plans and payments, answer requests and prevent abuse. The applicable grounds include performing our agreement with you, complying with legal duties, your separate consent where required, and legitimate interests in service security and reliability. Where GDPR applies, its relevant lawful bases and individual rights apply.
We do not use detected messages to send automated mass messages on your behalf.
04 Who may receive data
WUP relies on hosting, Telegram, email and SMS delivery, payment providers and anti-bot services. Each receives information needed for its role under its own terms and applicable privacy requirements. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside Ukraine; we use legally required transfer mechanisms where applicable. We do not sell personal data.
05 How long information is kept
Account details and settings remain while you use WUP. After an account-deletion request, administration disables access first and arranges complete deletion within 90 days. Certain payment records, security logs or dispute information may be retained longer where law or a legitimate legal need requires it. Message and technical-log retention depends on the plan and system settings; user-facing limits are shown in the dashboard.
We use necessary session mechanisms for sign-in and security. If optional tracking technologies are used, we provide separate information and request consent where required.
06 Your rights and safeguards
You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and exercise other rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting to protect your account. You can also contact the competent data-protection authority.
We use access controls, credential protection and technical logs to detect faults. We update this Policy when features or legal requirements change; the current version is published here.
