What does WUP Lead Monitor actually do?
WUP Lead Monitor automatically monitors messages in groups that the accounts connected to the system are members of and analyzes them according to the rules you configure.
When a message matches the conditions of an active Task, the system automatically identifies it as a potential lead, adds it to the lead list, and sends you a notification about the new inquiry.
For each detected lead, you can see the original message text, the author, the group, the source, and the context in which it was published. This allows you to quickly assess the inquiry and independently decide whether it is worth contacting the user.
In this way, WUP Lead Monitor does not search for customers at random — it identifies existing inquiries and real user needs within the message flow available to your connected accounts.
How many groups and messages can I monitor?
Limits depend on the active pricing plan. Your account dashboard displays the available number of Telegram accounts, sources, Tasks, and messages per month.
Currently, one connected Telegram account can use up to 500 active groups, while a PRO account can use up to 1,000 active groups.
If the current limits are not sufficient, you can compare the available plans before upgrading and choose the option that best fits your needs.
The actual availability of individual groups and sources also depends on the permissions and access level of the specific Telegram account.
Does every lead turn into a sale?
No. A lead in WUP Lead Monitor is a message that, according to the rules you have configured, shows signs of a real need or interest in your service or offer, but it is not yet a confirmed order.
WUP Lead Monitor identifies potential users who have already shown interest in a relevant service or are looking for a solution to their need. Whether such a user becomes your customer depends on how you handle the lead from that point onward.
The result depends on the accuracy of your Task settings, how recent and relevant the detected request is, how quickly you respond, the quality of your offer, and your communication with the potential customer.
The service helps you identify relevant inquiries in time and avoid missing an opportunity to make contact, but it cannot guarantee a sale or a completed deal.
What if there are hardly any requests in my niche?
This is exactly why WUP Lead Monitor includes a 7-day trial period. Connect relevant sources, configure your Tasks, and evaluate the actual volume of inquiries in your niche before switching to a paid plan or increasing the scale of monitoring.
If there are few inquiries, the first step is to expand and improve your list of sources. Add more active and relevant Telegram groups where real users are genuinely communicating.
We do not recommend using groups where a significant share of the message flow consists of spam, automated messages, or bots. Such sources create unnecessary noise and can increase the number of irrelevant matches.
It is also worth reviewing your Task settings: refine the keywords, geography, search conditions, and the list of monitored sources.
WUP Lead Monitor does not artificially inflate statistics or label random messages as potential customers just to produce impressive numbers. If there are genuinely few relevant inquiries in the selected niche or sources, the system should reflect the real situation.
Does WUP message people it finds for me?
No. WUP Lead Monitor does not automatically send messages to detected users and does not conduct conversations or negotiations on your behalf.
The service identifies a potentially relevant inquiry and shows you the original message, the author, the source, and the surrounding context. You then decide for yourself whether the inquiry matches your criteria and whether it is appropriate to contact the user.
You choose the contact method, the content of your reply, and any further communication yourself, while taking into account the rules of the specific group and the nature of the inquiry.
In this way, WUP Lead Monitor helps you identify the right moment to make contact without turning lead management into automated outreach or spam.
Can WUP read messages from any Telegram group?
No. WUP Lead Monitor can only monitor groups and sources that the connected Telegram account has access to.
For a private group, the account must be a member. For public sources, access depends on Telegram’s own capabilities and restrictions.
WUP Lead Monitor does not bypass Telegram privacy settings, does not gain access to private chats without permission, and cannot read messages from sources that are unavailable to your account.
If the connected account loses access to a group, is removed from it, or the access conditions change, monitoring of that source may stop. In this case, you should check the group status and access settings.
How is WUP different from a regular Telegram bot?
A regular Telegram bot can only see messages in chats where it has been specifically added and given the required permissions.
WUP Lead Monitor works differently: you connect your own Telegram account, and the system monitors messages in the groups and sources available to that account.
WUP then automatically checks messages according to your settings and shows only those that may match your Tasks in the dashboard.
This means you do not need to add a separate bot to every group. WUP works through your connected Telegram account, while you decide which sources to monitor, what to search for, and whether to contact the detected user.
Could my Telegram account be restricted?
There is always some level of risk, since any activity performed through a Telegram account is subject to Telegram’s own rules and internal limitations.
At the same time, WUP Lead Monitor does not send mass messages, does not distribute spam, and does not automatically contact users on your behalf. The system only monitors sources available to the connected account and analyzes messages that have already been posted by users, helping you avoid missing potentially important inquiries.
Therefore, when used normally and responsibly, the risk of account restrictions is minimal. The main risks usually come from the user’s own actions, such as sending large volumes of identical messages, spamming, aggressively adding contacts, or performing other actions that may violate Telegram’s rules.
WUP helps you find relevant inquiries, but it does not perform spam-like actions on your behalf.
How soon will I be notified about a new request?
Almost immediately. WUP Lead Monitor automatically processes new messages as soon as they appear in available sources and checks them against the rules you have configured.
If a message matches the conditions of your Task, it is identified as a lead, and you will usually receive a notification within 1–5 minutes.
In some cases, a short delay may occur. This can depend on the Telegram connection, the current processing load and queue, as well as the performance of the selected notification channel.
For this reason, the exact delivery time of every notification cannot be guaranteed, but the system is designed to detect relevant inquiries and notify you as quickly as possible, while the user’s request is still current.
Can WUP find requests written in different languages?
Yes. The language of user messages does not matter for WUP Lead Monitor.
The service interface itself is available in Ukrainian, English, and Russian, while messages in Telegram groups can be written in any language.
You create your own Tasks and define the search rules: keywords, phrases, conditions, and exclusions in the languages your target audience actually uses.
For example, if potential customers may write in Ukrainian, Polish, and English, you can add the relevant words and phrases in all of these languages to one or several Tasks.
WUP Lead Monitor does not limit you by message language — the key is to configure the search rules correctly for your audience.
Can I connect more than one Telegram account?
Yes. You can connect multiple Telegram accounts if this is supported by your pricing plan.
Each account is connected separately and works with its own session, available groups, and sources. This allows you to expand your monitoring coverage and work with different sets of Telegram groups at the same time.
If an issue occurs with one of the connected accounts, it should not affect the operation of the others.
You can always check the number of available Telegram accounts, sources, and other plan limits in your personal dashboard.
How do I start monitoring my niche?
Start by connecting your Telegram account and adding active, relevant groups where your potential audience communicates.
Then create a Task and define what kind of inquiries you want to find: add keywords and phrases, required conditions, geography, and exclusions for irrelevant messages.
Once monitoring is enabled, WUP Lead Monitor will automatically analyze new messages in the selected sources. If a message matches your rules, it will appear among your leads in the dashboard, and you will receive a notification through your configured channel.
At the beginning, we recommend using Analytical Mode to see the real message flow in the selected groups and use it to fine-tune your Tasks. Once the settings are refined, you can switch to Target Mode, where the system focuses only on messages that match your conditions.
Do not try to create perfect rules from the start — begin with basic settings, review the results, and gradually refine them based on real messages from your audience.
How do I stop my plan from renewing?
You can manage your subscription directly from your personal dashboard.
If automatic renewal is enabled for your plan, simply turn it off before the next billing date. No further payment will be charged, and your already paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If your plan is paid manually and automatic renewal is not used, simply do not purchase the next billing period.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the WUP Terms of Use and applicable legal requirements.
What is AI used for in WUP Lead Monitor?
Using AI is not required. WUP Lead Monitor works fully without it, based on the Tasks, keywords, conditions, and exclusions you configure.
AI is used as an additional tool that helps determine more accurately whether a detected message is a real potential lead and filter out false or irrelevant matches.
This is especially useful when keywords alone are not enough to correctly understand the meaning and context of a message.
AI can also automate part of the filtering process — for example, detect messages from competitors and automatically add those users to the block list, so they do not appear among your leads.
In this way, AI does not replace the core logic of WUP Lead Monitor but enhances it, improving lead detection accuracy and reducing unnecessary matches.
