Clear rules for using WUP Lead Monitor: accounts, plans, payments, responsibilities and ending access.
WUP helps you spot potential requests in Telegram sources you can access. You set the monitoring rules, decide whom to contact and manage whether your plan renews.
01 Provider and scope
WUP Lead Monitor is provided by sole proprietor V. Hrebovych, Ukraine, 31200, Khmelnytskyi region, Volochysk, 4/62 Symona Petliury Street (“WUP”, “we”). These Terms govern use of the website and Telegram-source monitoring service.
WUP helps select messages using your rules and displays them in your dashboard. A detected signal is not a confirmed order or a promise of a sale. We do not message prospective customers or make deals on your behalf.
02 Registration and account security
You need a personal account with accurate contact details. Your phone must be verified before activation; email verification is required when enabled in the service settings. You are responsible for keeping your password secure, controlling access to your connected Telegram account and activity in your dashboard.
Connect only Telegram sources you are entitled to access. Do not share credentials, and let support know if you notice suspicious activity.
03 Trial, plans and payment
After registration is complete, a new user receives a 7-day trial plan automatically, subject to the limits shown in the dashboard. Current prices, billing periods, features and limits are displayed before you confirm a paid plan. Payments and automatic renewal, when offered and enabled by you, follow the terms shown at checkout.
You can turn off automatic renewal in the dashboard. There will be no next charge, and paid access continues until the current period ends. A manually paid plan does not renew without another payment. We generally do not refund a period of access already provided merely because you choose to stop using it. This does not restrict mandatory refund or other consumer rights under applicable law, including remedies for a digital service that does not conform to legal requirements.
04 Acceptable use
Use WUP lawfully, follow Telegram and group rules, and respect other people’s privacy. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful data collection or bypassing access restrictions. You set your own search rules and remain responsible for any messages you personally send to others.
Account, source, task and message limits depend on your plan. We may temporarily restrict access where there is a reasonable security or abuse concern, with notice where practicable.
05 Availability, third parties and ending access
We maintain the service and address faults, but Telegram, mobile networks, email and payment services are also operated by third parties. We cannot guarantee an exact alert-delivery time or a commercial outcome.
You may ask the administration to delete your account. Access is disabled first; complete deletion is arranged within 90 days, except for information we must retain by law or to handle legitimate claims. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

For questions about WUP, payments or these Terms, use the contact page. We may update the Terms as features or legal requirements change. The current version is available here, and material changes take effect subject to applicable mandatory law.
